Seacourt Retail Park

Saunders undertook design work for Phase 1 of the redevelopment of Seacourt Retail Park comprising sub-division and re-cladding of  the existing units to refresh the look of the park and prepare the way for new tenants. Careful consideration of form, scale and choice materials ensured the new façade was sympathetic to the adjoining Seacourt Tower building.

We worked closely with the structural engineer to co-ordinate the design of the new front façade with the removal of the existing deep mansard roof.
