Seacourt Retail Park B&Q

Phase 3 of the redevelopment of Seacourt Retail Park comprised the strip out and re-cladding of the vacant Homebase unit to provide a shell and core unit for B&Q.

 

The scheme of refreshing the appearance of the park is continued from the adjacent Phase 1.

​

We worked closely with the structural engineer and contractor to co-ordinate the design of the new front façade with the removal of the existing deep mansard roof and to incorporate specific builder's work items for B&Q into the retained truss roof structure.

​

Further additions were the refurbishment of the existing outdoor projects area, service yard, and reconfigured customer parking to the front of the store.
