Reading Gateway Trade City

Adding to Kier Property's Trade City portfolio within the Reading gateway redevelopment, creating a self contained site of twelve shell and core units and delivering 4,850 sq.m (52,000 sq.ft) floor space.

We successfully worked with the contractor Kier Construction (Central/Thames Valley) on novation to deliver the design and build contract.
