Fossetts Park

Our work with the Client at Fossetts Way has spanned a number of years and has seen the development of the land to the north of Southen town centre is successive stages, including provision of new road network with integrated access points to future development plots, SUDS integrated into the drainage network, a B&Q retail warehouse,  and a terrace of retail units which currently accommodate Majestic Wines, Maplin, and Wren Kitchens.

The latest services consisted of the preparation of planning application details to accommodate Wren, and a watching brief as the Clients architect to monitor the fit-out works.
