Sunseeker

The brief was to replace the outdated office facility and factory complex and enhance Sunseeker’s boat building complex on Poole Quay providing a centralized Headquarters office complex and a landmark building with high visibility from the quayside and a place to welcome Clients that reflected the high-status business.

The scheme consolidated various offices spread throughout Poole town and gives a focus for future business promotion.

The scheme included 13,500sq.ft of management suites, conference and meeting facilities, client reception areas, design studios and large viewing balconies overlooking both the busy quay and the boatbuilding processes.

With close cooperation and liaison with the client’s management and designers the scheme developed into a four storey white clad building with feature halo roof and decking emulating the design of the famous and successful Sunseeker Marque.
