Sydenham Phase 3
Saunders were approached to prepare a scheme incorporating one, two, and three bedroom flats into an overall mixed use development as part of the wider Bell Green site.

The scheme evolved firstly from a central block above a large retail unit to one which incorporated two gateway blocks to the front of the site.
​
The massing studies undertaken enabled us to best form the overall scheme taking into account the neighbouring Grade II Listed hall, war memorial, and boundary wall.
